To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used on our website and mobile application.   2. The Personal Information We Collect & Why We Collect It – This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the website or mobile application. The types of personal information collected at these pages are: Profile Photo, Name, Address, Email address, Phone number, and Company Name. This information is important as it is displayed within the App. We display personal information for credentialing purposes which helps ensure access to only authorized personnel in the respective clinic, doctors’ office, and hospital. Access includes inventory areas and usage of the TrakURep® application at the respective clinic, doctors’ office, and hospital.
  3. How We Use Information - We use it for identification purposes and answer the email we receive. Such addresses and any other personal information is not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside 3rd parties. We will NEVER use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
  4. The Data TrakURep® Collects - The primary purpose of the data being collected by TrakURep® is to serve the health care industry with the intent to provide pharmaceutical samples to the patients. All transactional activity captured to within TrakURep® is compliant to the Prescription Drug Marketing Act (PDMA). This data is readily available and can be downloaded within the App to an active subscriber or registered clinic. If the user is no longer a subscriber to TrakURep® or the clinic is no longer an active account, he/she will no longer be granted access to this data, including data captured during the trial period.
  5. Our Commitment to Data Security - To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
  6. Our Commitment to Children’s Privacy - Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website or mobile application from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13. Minors and young children have no use for TrakURep®.
  7. Rights to Access and Control of Your Personal Data - Our business model does not have any need to share your personal data and text messages, however, if you wish to have a copy and/or have it removed, please contact us and we will promptly provide the information and/or permanently remove it after confirming the requestors credentials. Please know that erasing your data from our system removes you from using TrakURep® as credentialing is an important security feature.
  8. HIPAA Compliance - We are in full compliance to the federal regulation known as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and encourage you to read and understand the HIPAA regulations.
